Short-term opportunities for improvement will be identified at this stage.
We will develop a range of options to improve processes, layout/use of space, equipment, systems, organisational structure and resourcing strategies to deliver tangible improvements. We will model the effect of the proposed changes and provide a cost/benefit analysis for each option. Where layout changes are proposed we will provide CAD drawings. We will provide a systems gap analysis to support process recommendations.
